This award winning, naturally fermented, unpasteurised sauerkraut tastes of the sea and has some wonderful nutrient dense ingredients. It is made with a selection of lacto fermented vegetables including cabbage, kale, seaweed, spirulina and ginger so it packs a punch of green goodness.
